How We Do It
Everyone is charged $20 security deposit per rental at time of fitting. Refunded when rental is returned on time.
Single special order rentals require a $100 down payment towards the total cost at time of fitting.
Additionally Weddings purchasing suits require $100 down payment towards the cost at time fitting.

All purchases are final no refunds. Limited exchanges by exception only at store manager's discretion.

Cancelation charge $20. Non-Refundable Plus any costs incurred in the assembly of the canceled order.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Protecting personally-identifiable information about our customers is an important part of our business. We do not sell any customer information to any third parties. We share and disclose such information as described below:
Wedding date, wedding party name, customer's first name and ticket number with our wholesalers for special orders only. We store wedding date, groom's last name, customer's name and ticket number in our offline inventory database to process orders only.
Information Security
Information security is critical to our business. We do not have access to or electronically store any customer payment information such as credit card numbers. Last 4 digits of card numbers will appear on receipts. Data protection measures for payment transactions are protected and covered by the credit card processor policies including encrypted SSL data transmission from card machine to processor.
